My twins Michael and Sophie have been inspiring me since 2010.  Through them I have learned to guide kids with fun and compassion (and occasionally candy) from behind a camera.

I have been a high school English teacher for over 15 years, delight in the realness of teenagers, and could read my life away.

My husband Mike and I love DIY home improvement and woodworking projects.  I'm the ideas, and he's the labor.

A grande cinnamon dolce latte from Starbucks is my go-to reset button.

I love a good binge and most recently have been laughing myself to sleep at night watching Schitt's Creek.  So funny!
